Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our research consulting services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by TEQ Research Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

TEQ Research Solutions provides research consulting, grant support, and technical implementation services. The specific scope of work for each project will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• The Client retains ownership of all pre-existing data and intellectual property provided to us.
• Research findings and deliverables generated specifically for the Client will belong to the Client upon full payment of fees.
• TEQ Research Solutions retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, software, and generic tools used during the service delivery.

4. Payment Terms

Payments for services are due as specified in your project invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific project contract.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all non-public information received from the other party strictly confidential. This obligation extends beyond the termination of our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, TEQ Research Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our research findings or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TEQ Research Solutions is registered.
